Replace warranty coil. Find leak in wall for Lineset. Repair accordingly. Included drywall repair. Perform first time ups on systems. Price may change after further inspection. Remove drywall to find leak in Lineset. Start and test. Tax and labor included After removing drywall found copper to have multiple more kinks. Needed to remove drywall above sink in bathroom to have full accessibility. Ran 15’ of new Lineset in between walls and floors. Vacuum tested unit to check for leaks. During maintenance found pvc not glued properly causing potential leaks. Both units are operating properly at this time.

On arrival found main system not cooling due to low refrigerant. Coil is leaking water into pan below unit. Performed leak search on system and found leak in copper line set. After removing drywall and insulation on pipe, found Lineset leaking above first spot found. Copper is twisted and kinked causing multiple leaks. Will have to return to remove drywall to further access refrigerant lines. Unit is not cooling at this time.

Home owner states black debris coming out of bedroom vent. Inspected all ducts and connections. The debris is coming from an insulated boot. Recommend replacing boot.
