CO2 issues. Verified our completed work is functioning as it should with no error codes or issues. Both dampers open and close properly. Adjusted fresh air ventilation to 55min/hour from 25min/hour. Home is not getting enough fresh air to lower CO2 levels. 3700 sq Ft home has only one 6” fresh air duct. Based on research, this system needs to run longer to provide more fresh air to the home. On arrival found chilled water pipes leaking. Explained to client that pipes will be replaced soon at no charge. We can perform pipe repairs for system to stop unit from leaking.
