On arrival found unit not cooling due to thermostat not sending proper signal to condenser. Client declined replacement of thermostat and will change themselves. Explained to client our thermostats are covered by warranty through our company. Reset power and unit operates at this time.

3 Ton American standard system not cooling for conference room. Upon my inspection? Found system not cooling due to clogged condensate line and pan. Upon arrival, I began by checking the temperature differential between the supply and return air and measured a 20°F split, which is within a healthy operating range. I then evaluated the refrigerant circuit and found no signs of leaks, restrictions, or abnormal operating conditions. Refrigerant pressures and system performance were operating as expected. Next, I inspected the electrical components. All components are operating within their proper amperage ranges, and no shorts, burnouts, or electrical failures were found during testing. After completing the diagnostic, I determined that the system is functioning properly from a mechanical and electrical standpoint, with no current issues affecting operation. Based on my findings, it appears the drain line condition caused the float switch to activate, which intermittently shut the system off throughout the day. I performed a drain line treatment to help prevent future blockages and relocated the float switch to a more appropriate p

Gave homeowner option was to charge system sign up on membership for reevaluation. Or do leak search today. She chose to fill up and sign up on membership. System have felt the same since install and her old company informed her the installers who did this job were "fired due to drug use" Performed visual leak search today confirmed all braze joints are good and no oil spots in coils. Solution: System has felt the same since install. We will top of charge. Reevaluate at first maintenance visit

Upon arrival, I checked System #1 downstairs and recorded a 23° temperature difference, which is within a healthy operating range. I then checked System #2 and recorded a 20° temperature difference, also within a healthy range. I inspected the electrical components on both systems, and everything is functioning properly with no issues or concerns at this time. I also performed condenser cleanings, drain line treatments, and full air handler inspections on both systems. At this time, both systems are operating properly and efficiently. Reason for call: No cool Equipment: 2013 package unit Summary: on arrival found after market fan motor recently installed on condenser. Found capacitor dead. Found disconnect to have poor connection holding out voltage. Replaced both capacitor and disconnect. Operation was restored to equipment. Solution: Replaced disconnect and fan capacitor. Informed homeowner of age and condition of equipment. Signed homeowner up on membership.

Client states system is not cooling. Found the cooling wire not getting voltage from the thermostat to the condenser. Took the thermostat off the wall and jumped out cooling and system turned on. Reconnected the thermostat and tested system and system began running. There may be an intermittent issue with this thermostat. At this time, the system is cooling and the client would like to leave it. While here, the system is due for a six month Maintenence. Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. Inspected Contactar. Made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with a 20° temperature split at this time.

Reason for call: No cool Summary: On arrival found both fans running no compressor. Found dead capacitor. Replaced capacitor confirmed operation or equipment. Found condenser coil and evaporator coil dirty. Homeowner are aware of this and are plan to address it at next maintenance visit. Td is 20 upon departure.

System is cooling with a 20° temperature split at this time. Replaced capacitor. Found very dirty blower wheel. Removed blower assembly and deep cleaned/sanitized. Send membership info to client and if they move forward by end of day April 6th 2026 we will refund 10% of invoice.

Found drain line not properly insulated and a connection not glued properly causing condensation to drip onto garage floor. Made all necessary repairs. Set up thermostat with clients phone. Verified heating and cooling functions. Performed first system Maitenence. Cleaned and treated drain line and primary drain pan. Checked capacitor and amp draws on motors and compressor. Cleaned condenser coils. Client is interested in bigger back up heating strips however that would require increasing the wire size and breaker from the main electrical panel. System is heating just fine at this time. Supply plenum and return plenum are not mastic sealed at this time but are not leaking air.
