Replace backless box with the proper Electrcial box ***While working on one of the boxes found a cluster of wires behind it will need to get customer a quote to install a bigger cut in box and place that cluster of wire inside of it added a box and Retied the outlet in only for temporary purpose until we can come out a replace

Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. Inspected Contactar. Made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with a 20° temperature split at this time. Verified heating operations. UV system is working at this time.

On arrival found indoor blower motor has failed. Getting proper voltage to motor. Will return to replace motor. Unit not operating at this time.

On arrival found downstairs unit heating set to 90 and reading 80. Client states unit has trouble keeping up for both upstairs and downstairs. Checked pressures in heating and cooling modes. Pressures good. Temp split good. Recommend to replace both thermostats and not operate unit in auto mode. Client gave approval for coil cleaning and replace both thermostat. Both units heating and cooling at this time.

On arrival client states that unit isn’t heating or cooling properly. Found system completely empty on refrigerant. Unit is 18 years old in poor condition. Recommend to replace system. Found evap coil and blower full of debris and corrosion. Some ducts were repaired and replaced. Recommend to replace 2 ducts that are torn and repairs that were made to them are poor. Will submit estimate for system replacement.

Removed lizard and tested capacitor. No other recommendations at this time. Chances filter with supplied media filter.

Provide circuit for mini split

Air scrubber to plenum falling off. Explained the plenum integrity is original to home and would recommend rebuilding. Home owners selling currently and would like to just seal plenum.

On arrival found blower on air handler constantly running due to improper wiring on thermostat and air handler. Wired unit correctly. Blower turning on and off correctly. Unit cooling at this time.

Home owner states air handler leaking through return in ceiling and system not keeping up. Found system low on refrigerant indicating leak. Went over leak search, possible repairs, replacement. Home owner moved forward with leak search. Found oil and leak in air handler coils. Leak searched both indoor and outdoor units. Replace heat kit

Full System Tuneup Home owner aware of condition of system and age. Wanting to wait till system fails to replace. Unit is currently operating within manufacture specifications *air handler coils severely rusted

Replaced warranty blower and board. Start and test. Performed maintenance on system. Pressures good. Temp split good. Electrical checked good. Cleared pan and drain. Added chemical to help prevent growth. Unit is cooling properly at this time.

Run new dedicated circuit to kitchen counter for small appliances from panel add a breaker in the panel Add a GFCI receptacle Install customer provided exterior light

Homeowner states Ecobee was switching screens and acting weird. Re seated connections at Thermosat. Verified no water in safety. Tested for voltage drop coming to Thermosat. Took system off eco mode and setup WiFi to Thermosat. No issues. Unit is cooling properly. Explained that the Thermosat could be failing. Next time it happens she will get a new Ecobee and we can install. Credit 95$ today towards Thermosat install. No repair made at this time so billed diagnostic.

Replace all supply and return grills in home with new aluminum grills. Add safety switch for drain in main unit. Install 2 new 115v digital thermostats. Perform complimentary duct sanitation for both systems. Tax and labor included.
