Client states that they just had an inspection and system was running. Old owners left and took a sensor that the thermostat was connected to for ecobee. Disconnected this sensor from the thermostat to remove error code. Found condenser not getting high voltage. Service disconnect is too loose and not passing power to condenser. Replacement of the disconnect is required. Found no low voltage at the condenser. Found faulty A2L sensor. Bypassed sensor as a temporary solution but will need to return to replace sensor. Quote will be sent for replacement. System is cooling at this time with a 19° temp split and good pressures.

Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. Inspected Contactar. Made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with a 20° temperature split at this time. System is mix matched years and brands. Drain line is severely clogged. Used nitrogen and could not get good suction. Offered options for replace or replacement. Duct work complaints: - living room heats and cools much faster than bedrooms. - Bathroom doesn’t heat up enough compared to the rooms. On arrival found unit not cooling due to out of refrigerant. Found condenser extremely corroded. Accumulator rusted out causing all refrigerant to leak. Will submit estimate for repair and replacement options. Made client aware unit is out of warranty and am not able to fully look over system since it is not functioning. After repairs, further issues might present themselves. Unit is not cooling at this time.
