He would like to just replace supply plenum and supply ducts. Explained we would need to replace boots as well.

Install light box in place of old exhaust fan Install customer provided light Remove switches and receptacle and replace with customer provided devices

Diagnose tripping breaker in bar nook. Found wiring in j box where bath light used to be needed to be rewired so lights could operate properly on AFCI breaker

Tripped AFCI breaker when vacuum was plugged in turned circuit back on and ran vacuum no trip

Cut in new receptacle in closet get power from recep on the other side of the wall Install new AFCI GFCI breaker on bedroom circuit *** while working on closet recep found the bedroom has no connection to ground ( along with other circuits in the home other circuits are on AFCI GFCI breakers so still protected) installing a AFCI GFCI breaker to protect the circuit

Performed maintenance on 2 systems. Pressures good. Temp split good. Electrical checked good. Rinsed coils. Cleared pans and drains. Will submit estimate for issues from inspectors report including sealing plenum and repairing ductwork. Both units cooling at this time.

Upon my inspection, I found the duct going to the bedroom with a lack of air flow was kinked and bent too far. I readjusted the duct for better flow and improved the air flow significantly. Checked system pressures and noticed it may be slightly over charged with refrigerant but nothing too concerning. Checked amp draws are good. Temp split is a perfect 20°. System is cooling at this time Recommendations: drain line cleaning and treatment.

Wire is undersized feeding the lighting in the house for the 20 amp breaker Remove 20 amp breaker feeding the lighting circuit Install new 15 amp breaker Troubleshot flickering lights

On arrival found unit not cooling due to blown fuse from shorted condenser contactor. Replaced fuse and contactor. Start and test. Cleared drain. Pressures good. Temp split good. Unit is cooling properly at this time.
