Justin did a great job troubleshooting our AC issue and explained with patience what was the root cause. He fixed it quickly and made it clear how to avoid it in the future.Danielle who set up our appointment was very courteous with us and accommodated our needs. Ricky is the owner and very knowledgeable. He was prompt - here within 2 hours of calling. We had tried Total Air but for month they could not get our AC reliably working and kept upselling us on items and services. Ricky explained everything, showed me videos of Total Air's shoddy workmanship and shortcuts. He explained that the unit we have (Goodman) is the lowest quality and that failure of our system after newly installed 2 1/2 years ago is not unheard of. Junk. He then gave us 3 quotes and offered to do the work this week - one high quality system, one medium efficiency but high quality system, and one to just repair the system we have as functional low quality system. Seems like an honest guy and focused on high quality work. Showed pictures of his work.

They provided a solution and said they could install the next day. They arrived on time and worked diligently in the stifling heat. Completed the job about 4 hours ahead of their predicted time.
