No cool Homeowner states system worked fine before he went out of state but came back to find system no longer cooling. Recently installed ecobee thermostat. Ecobee thermostat is wired and working properly Found system on high pressure lockout. Reset fault and unit runs for about 20 minutes before lockout reoccurs. Informed homeowner to repair, system needs to be removed from the closet to replace part. Otherwise, we can replace the system. Office will call to provide repair price. Sent system replacement estimate.
