Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Could not access the end of the drain line due to brush and plants being in the way. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean but very damaged. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. Inspected Contactar. Contactar is chattering and at the end of its life span, we recommend replacing. Found low voltage wires exposed to the elements and we recommend making new connections while also sealing the wire in the condenser service panel. Made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with an 18° temperature split at this time. Blower wheel is very impacted with debris and growth. Recommending cleaning

Upon my insection, client had another company performing is on the system for roughly 2 years. On their last visit, they recommended replacing the disconnect breaker at the unit, performing an evaporator coil cleaning, performing a blower assembly cleaning, installing a UV light, and adding refrigerant. Upon my inspection, found disconnect not grounded properly and reconnected ground wire. Disconnect is in working condition. Unit has a 20° temperature split. Evaporator coils are slightly impacted with debris and the blower wheel assembly is slightly impacted with debris and bacterial growth. We recommend an evaporator coil cleaning, Blower assembly removal and cleaning, as well as a UV air Purifier inside the system to prevent the growth from returning. Amp draws are good, capacitor is within factory range, contactar is in good shape. Sending quotes for cleanings and Maitenence service agreement Waived $95 per office request with repair

Found unit not cooling due to bad float switch not allowing system to come on. I replaced float switch and verified operation. Client just wants system running as they are moving tomorrow. System is cooling

Found system freezing up due to severely clogged and impacted evaporator coils. System may also be low on refrigerant but we cannot accurately determine without proper air flow. Found lizard burnt on contactar and capacitor near its max tolerance limit. System cannot cool properly at this time. Client would like a system replacement estimate. Quote has been sent over.

I checked entire system and found no issues. All previous work done looks good. Cap and wiring good. Td 19. Explained to client not to reset breakers if this happens again just call us immediately and we will come out with no service fee

Upon my inspection, found severely clogged drain that was tripping the safety float switch. Also found evaporator coils are severely clogged, condenser coils dirty, and bare wires at the condenser disconnect causing the breaker to trip. Performed drain cleaning, removed faulty wires from disconnect, cleaned condenser coils, and performed Maitenence on system for first membership Maitenence. Capacitor is within factory range. Compressor amps are good. Fan motor amps were over its max rating due to dirty condenser coils. Client is aware of the severity of the evaporator coils and will schedule as soon as he is ready. System is cooling at this time with a 19° temp split. When we return to clean evaporator coils, we will re route the lineset connections and pvc connection to allow for filters to be installed directly underneath the coils.

Performed Maitenence on system. System is working as best as it can given its age and condition. High compressor amps on start up. Client would like to invest in new system and duct work but needs to figure out finances first. System is cooling at this time.

Install customer supplied ceiling fan and run a new line from a receptacle

Upon my inspection, found indoor 3amp fuse blown. Found short at condenser contactar. Replaced contactar and fuse. Verified system is cooling at this time. System has a 16° temperature split.

Installed new warranty evap coil. Charged with new refrigerant. New drain connections off of unit. System is cooling with a 20° temperature split and target superheat. Found weak capacitor but client would not like to replace at this time. Performed full Maitenence on system. Checked amp draws, inspected wiring, checked capacitor, cleaned condenser coils, cleaned and treated drain line.

Performed leak search and found refrigerant leak in coil. Applied leak search fee to repair. Will return Friday to install new evaporator coil and refrigerant.

Scope of work: - Remove and replace variable speed blower motor - Remove and replace condenser start/run capacitor. *No guarantee on system running properly as compressor could have sustained irreversible damage during operation with a faulty blower motor and capacitor.* System is cooling properly at this time. Diagnosed bad variable speed blower motor and bad condenser capacitor. Quote sent and approved for replacement. System is 11 years old and client would like to have his own guys replace system and would like us to repair at this time. Waiving $95 off sold quote for repair. Outdoor unit not operating due to failed contactor. Replaced contactor and system began to run. System is currently cooling but not to full capacity. After installing surge protectors and new breaker, system run properly. Waited 15 minutes to test breaker and breaker did not trip. Reprogrammed thermostat to allow heat strip to run with heat pump. Start and test. Unit operating properly at this time.
