Pressure check was good and 19 td. Notice unit has debris build up and homeowner decided to add membership to maintenance equipment.

Reason for call: No cool Equipment: 2020 Icp 2.5 ton heat pump Vertical in closet Condenser is located on patio Summary: Found system low on charge. Added two pounds of 410 to restore cooling temporarily. And complete leak search. Found refrigerant leak on the capillary tube base of the outdoor metering device on the condenser. See photos and videos for evidence. Solution: Need to contact distributors on Monday to source parts will build quote and send to client at that time. Please be looking for an estimate come Monday morning. I will shoot you a text when estimate is sent out.

Reason for call: 3 system tune up Summary: Completed tuneup to find the overall operation of equipment within the manufacturing specifications. On train system found drain when it should not have been. Removed trap. Found two weak capacitors on the train system. Found missing primary float switch on the ox box. Found filter to be sized. Mini split is operating very well. Updated all filtered except for oxbox at unit Flushed indoor and outdoor coils Flush drain line and drain pan Confirmed pressures and temperatures Solutions: Replaced two capacitors on train system Add primary float switch to ox box Repair needs to be scheduled

Reason for call: No cool Equipment: 2020 rheem 3 ton Horizontal in garage Condenser out back Summary: On arrival secondary float was tripped unit was off pan was full of water. Found air handler completely frozen. Defrosted coil to find indoor txv to have a major restriction. Unit is under warranty pressures seem accurate. Solution: Repair option to replace indoor txv under parts warranty. Labor charge only. Air bros is covering materials necessary for repair.

Client state system is not keeping up with temperature. Found a severely clogged drain line and a trip to float safety switch. Also found a weak capacitor. Replaced the capacitor and performed a drain cleaning and treatment. Client signed up for maintenance plan, and I performed the first Maitenence. With an 18° temperature split good amp draws and clean coils. Cleaned the condenser coils.

Client states thermostat of losing power. Upon my inspection found the condensate pump and drain line completely clogged up. Checked temperature split is 20°. Performed a drain cleaning and treatment on the drain line, primary drain pan, and condensate pump. System is now cooling. Recommended a maintenance plan, but Client would like to pass at this time. Client states that evaporator coil was just replaced recently due to a refrigerant leak. Upon arrival, I noticed that the filter door to the unit was off and on the floor as well as there were no filters in any of the ceiling return grills. Highly recommend recommended getting new filters install installed as soon as possible.

Upon my inspection, found the secondary safety switch in the emergency pan was tripped with water. System does not have a primary safety float switch. Performed a drain cleaning on system. Added a primary safety float switch. Checked pressures and found system slightly low on refrigerant. Added 1 pound of refrigerant. As part of first Maintenence, cleaned condenser coils. System was cooling with a 16° temperature split. It is now cooling with a 18° temperature split. Tested drain line with 1 gallon of water. System is cooling and drain draining as best as it can at this time. Tested capacitor is within tolerance limits. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on condenser fan motor and found the fan motor is over amping.

On arrival found all unit not cooling due to low on refrigerant. Added back to factory specs. Unit is cooling. No error codes or electrical issues at this time. Made client aware that if issue happens again then a leak search will be needed to be done to locate leak. Unit cooling.

On arrival found unit not cooling due to weak capacitor. Replaced part. Start and test. Cleaned in place evap coil. Cleared drain. Unit cooling at his time.

Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Could not access the end of the drain line due to brush and plants being in the way. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean but very damaged. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. Inspected Contactar. Contactar is chattering and at the end of its life span, we recommend replacing. Found low voltage wires exposed to the elements and we recommend making new connections while also sealing the wire in the condenser service panel. Made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with an 18° temperature split at this time. Blower wheel is very impacted with debris and growth. Recommending cleaning

Upon my insection, client had another company performing is on the system for roughly 2 years. On their last visit, they recommended replacing the disconnect breaker at the unit, performing an evaporator coil cleaning, performing a blower assembly cleaning, installing a UV light, and adding refrigerant. Upon my inspection, found disconnect not grounded properly and reconnected ground wire. Disconnect is in working condition. Unit has a 20° temperature split. Evaporator coils are slightly impacted with debris and the blower wheel assembly is slightly impacted with debris and bacterial growth. We recommend an evaporator coil cleaning, Blower assembly removal and cleaning, as well as a UV air Purifier inside the system to prevent the growth from returning. Amp draws are good, capacitor is within factory range, contactar is in good shape. Sending quotes for cleanings and Maitenence service agreement Waived $95 per office request with repair

Found system freezing up due to severely clogged and impacted evaporator coils. System may also be low on refrigerant but we cannot accurately determine without proper air flow. Found lizard burnt on contactar and capacitor near its max tolerance limit. System cannot cool properly at this time. Client would like a system replacement estimate. Quote has been sent over.

I checked entire system and found no issues. All previous work done looks good. Cap and wiring good. Td 19. Explained to client not to reset breakers if this happens again just call us immediately and we will come out with no service fee

Upon my inspection, found severely clogged drain that was tripping the safety float switch. Also found evaporator coils are severely clogged, condenser coils dirty, and bare wires at the condenser disconnect causing the breaker to trip. Performed drain cleaning, removed faulty wires from disconnect, cleaned condenser coils, and performed Maitenence on system for first membership Maitenence. Capacitor is within factory range. Compressor amps are good. Fan motor amps were over its max rating due to dirty condenser coils. Client is aware of the severity of the evaporator coils and will schedule as soon as he is ready. System is cooling at this time with a 19° temp split. When we return to clean evaporator coils, we will re route the lineset connections and pvc connection to allow for filters to be installed directly underneath the coils.

Performed Maitenence on system. System is working as best as it can given its age and condition. High compressor amps on start up. Client would like to invest in new system and duct work but needs to figure out finances first. System is cooling at this time.

Install customer supplied ceiling fan and run a new line from a receptacle

Upon my inspection, found indoor 3amp fuse blown. Found short at condenser contactar. Replaced contactar and fuse. Verified system is cooling at this time. System has a 16° temperature split.

Installed new warranty evap coil. Charged with new refrigerant. New drain connections off of unit. System is cooling with a 20° temperature split and target superheat. Found weak capacitor but client would not like to replace at this time. Performed full Maitenence on system. Checked amp draws, inspected wiring, checked capacitor, cleaned condenser coils, cleaned and treated drain line.
