System not operating due to failed indoor blower motor. Heater kit going out on thermal. Will need to replace motor in order to test further operations. Replaced with aftermarket motor. Verified system was heating and cooling. 11 year old comforter maker package unit Went over options to replace as well

Performed inspection of ducts and unit. Unit has proper temperature split. Pressures are good and in spec. Took humidity reading and found home average was 58% where thermostat shows 70%. Duct work is good shape. Client states there was weird smell in home that started recently. Found rodent nests in attic and smells like there has been recent activity. Recommend to have pest control performed. No debris found in grills. Unit is cooling properly.

Air handler not running due to failed ECM motor. Would recommend replacing motor in order to check further system operations. On arrival found unit wired incorrectly for outdoor unit to run in heating mode. Wired correctly and tested. Pressures good. Electrical checked good. Pressures checked good. Unit operates in heating and cooling modes.

Upon my inspection, found one mini split head system condensate pump failed. Quoting to replace pump and quoting to clean all three head units as well as the condenser unit.

Upon my inspection, found thermostat wired wrong. Wired thermostat, made new connections, and programmed thermostat using app on clients phone. System is cooling at this time. Client signed up for Maitenence plan and fist Maitenence will be completed tomorrow.

Upon my inspection, found two bad capacitors. Replaced both capacitors with one all in one capacitor. Texted compressor amp draw on start up and running. Compressor and fan motor are both operating within factory spec at this time. System has a 20° temperature split at this time. Recommended a Maitenence plan. Client would like to call us in spring for Maitenence. There is microbial growth inside the air handler unit and the evaporator coils are dirty. System is 18 years old and will likely need replacement in the near future. Client would like to get the most life out of this system at this time.

On arrival found unit not cooling due to weak capacitor. Replaced part. Start and test. Pressures good. Amp draws good. Recommend to replace hard start and contactor due to heavy corrosion. Unit is a 2007 r22. Made client aware. Unit is cooling.

Home owner states unit is freezing over. Found failed air handler motor causing unit to freeze over. Called carrier to verify parts/warranty. Carrier states unit was never registered. Replaced motor with aftermarket. Sanitized blower wheel and assembly. Rinsed condenser coils. Verified system operations. Unit is currently cooling.

Performed Tune Up on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Compressor start up amp draw is 92amps and the max rating is 75 amps. Compressor is Over Amping and at risk of failure. Recommending hard start kit to get the most life left out of the compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is within factory range. made sure all connections are tight. System is cooling with a 19°temperature split at this time. Notes: air handler horizontal in attic is sweating on bottom of cabinet possibly due to lack of ventilation in attic.

Found outdoor unit not running due to burnt wiring and shorted outdoor capacitor. Spliced new wiring and connections. Installed new 5 year warranty capacitor. Upon system running found compressor amps low and suction pressure higher than manufacture specs. Found sub cool value out of manufacture specs. Temp split within specs. Explained if capacitor burns up we may have an internal issue with the compressor. System is currently cooling.

Remove and replace all existing ducts in attic including boots and grills. Cut in 4 new boots. Seal and strap all ducts to code. Add new supply and return plenum. Tax labor and permit included. Linear grills additional 650 for all supply grills

Upon my inspection, I found a tripped safety float switch. I emptied the safety switch and the system came on. Client cleared his own drain line, and would not like me to perform a drain cleaning/treatment at this time. System is cooling with a 17° split. The capacitor tested within factory spec. Amp draw on the compressor and fan motor are good. System is cooling at this time.

On arrival found u it not cooling due to clogged drain. Cleared pan and drain. Added chemical to help prevent growth. Inspected system. Pressures good. Temp split good. Electrical checked good. Unit cooling properly at this time.

Upon arrival home owner states unit is leaking through ceiling. Large water spotting on ceiling with catch buckets beneath. Upon diagnosis found primary drain pan heavily backed up. Found secondary drain pan safety in incorrect position and pan not pitched properly. Cleared primary and secondary drain pan. Relocated secondary switch so will shut off if overflow. When working ceiling fell through. No pressure applied. Insulation and debris weight buckled ceiling. Cleaned up all insulation, water, and debris from floor. Verified system was draining and cooling properly. New roof recently put on. Attic is very humid. Unit is slightly sweating on bottom. Explained that if drain pan only backs up than we need to find solution to solve attic temperature. Recommend replacing supply plenum due to amount of water and buildup. Insulation on interior is wet. Told home owner to let unit dry out. Currently has hole in ceiling so system will not be able to fully cool down home. Return located nex

Upon my inspection, found client had replaced their capacitor. Checked drain line and found clogged drain line and tripped safety switch. Recommended a drain line cleaning and treatment. Client does not want drain cleaning at this time. Found thermostat was not connected properly when it was removed prior to my arrival. Put thermostat on all the way and system started up. System is cooling with good amp draws and 18° temp split.
