Scope of work: - Replace heat sequencer - Replace fan control board - Replace fan capacitor - Remove and clean Fan blower wheel assembly. - Replace outdoor condenser capacitor - Complimentary condenser coil cleaning. - Complimentary drain cleaning/treatment System has a 20° cooling temp split. System heats properly.

Upon my inspection, found the heat sequencer is constantly closed, even when no low-voltage is applied to it. A new heat sequence is required. Also found fan control board is faulty and causing the fan motor to constantly run. The blower wheel is completely impacted with growth and requires cleaning. Fan motor at this time is over camping at 1.84 with a max rating of 1.59. The capacitor for the fan motor is also weak at this time and requires replacement. The outdoor condenser capacitor is also weak and requires replacement. The contactor at the condenser is pitted. Compressor has severe rusting at the suction line connection. Quote sent for repairs. System cooled with a 18° split with heating disconnected.

Found bad condenser motor. Client would like to make repair himself. Unit not operating properly at this time. Capacitor is weak and we recommend replacing. Client would like to make repair himself.

Performed Maitenence on system. Cleaned/treated drain line and primary drain pan. Cleaned condenser coils. Evaporator coils are clean. Verified safety float switch functionality. Checked amp draw on compressor. Checked amp draw on fan motor. Checked capacitor is not within factory range. It is 12% out of factory spec with a tolerance of 10%. Will address this repair after blower motor on air handler is replaced first. Made sure all connections are tight. System is not cooling at this time due to a bad evaporator blower motor. Coils were frozen up on arrival. Quote sent for blower motor replacement. Inspected duct work. Ducts are old and have a few bad connections. Visible growth mainly inside two supply duct boots in kitchen and spare bedroom. Recommending duct replacement for proper balance of air flow in home and to remove as much moisture issues as possible.
