Air handler interior is mostly clean. Tested float switch. Removed and cleaned condensate pump and pvc line. Cleaned and treated evaporator coil pan. Replaced filter. No issues at this time. Mini split system- Removed and cleaned filters. Checked refrigerant pressures and air temp split. While monitoring refrigerant pressure, noticed suction pressure drop to 30 psi. Performed full system leak search. No leak found. System has refrigerant restriction. Ricky will return tomorrow for in-depth diagnosis.

Drain cleaning. Found unit not cooling due to clogged drain. I cleared drain line and pan. I poured water into pan to verify system draining properly. Checked pressures temps etc. no issues at this time. Condenser did take on flood water. Could be potential issue in future. Drain line is also piped into kitchen drainage. Potential for frequent back ups.
