No cool Upon arrival found system on high pressure lockout. Reset breakers and started system in cool. Found fan motor struggling to start because of weak capacitor. High pressure lockout could have also been caused by impacted condenser coil. Replaced capacitor and cleaned condensing unit from the inside out. Replaced air filter.
