Upon arrival home owner states capacitor was replaced last year. Unit is currently blowing warm air. Found capacitor not secured properly and shorted. Found hard start kit not operating. Replaced capacitor and removed hard start kit. Verified pressures and temp splits. Unit is currently operating. 5 Year Warranty Capacitor

No cool Upon arrival found system on high pressure lockout. Reset breakers and started system in cool. Found fan motor struggling to start because of weak capacitor. High pressure lockout could have also been caused by impacted condenser coil. Replaced capacitor and cleaned condensing unit from the inside out. Replaced air filter.
