Would recommend replacing ducting. Outdoor unit was submerged in flood water. Corrosion above compressor but not above starting components. Found no high voltage coming to outdoor unit. Explained we would need to have electrician come out to look at electrical. 

Explained that if we repair system we can not guarantee how long system will last and no warranty for repairs. Possible further diagnosis needed after electrical fixed. 

System currently out of warranty 

If replacing unit outdoor awning will need to be removed (no other areas to raise unit) (if relocating to other side of home further expenses and permitting will be required)

Would recommend replacing ducting and unit with warranties. 

For ductwork no permit will be pulled due to being cost friends and not adding returns

Second home owner and system currently out of parts warranty. 

Went over options for repair vs replacement. Explained that repairs will have no warranty and can not guarantee compressor operations since short cycling.

Air Bros has been my go-to for HVAC since I bought my house in 2017, and I wouldnt trust anyone else! Ricky has kept my old unit running like a champ for years, and when my house recently flooded, Justin showed up to get it back up and runningbuying me some time before I finally replace it (after 20 years, its definitely earned its retirement!). Theyre always on time, know their stuff, and even a hit with my dogs. If you want honest, reliable, high-quality service in St. Pete, these guys are the way to go!
