No cool upon arrival, found air handler running, but not cooling. On the roof condenser was not running. Found that condenser disconnect was not getting power. Advised homeowner that he has an electrical issue. We are sending our electrician

Inspected bathroom ducts in home. Found one bathroom connected to the return box of the hvac system. The other duct is too long of ducts run to allow proper airflow. Will return to make corrections.

Moving neutrals and grounds to there own individual lugs Free electrical inspection AHU breaker was tripped before I worked on panel after trouble shooting found it was a bad breaker Replaced it and unit did not come on will need ac tech to work on it

Performed maintenance for 1 system. Cleared pan and drain. Found rust in pan due to corrosion from coil. Unit has no primary float switch and has potential of leaking. Unit is cooling at this time. Pressures good. Temp split good.

Performed AC system maintenance. checked all electrical components refrigerant pressures and air temperature split. Filter is clean air handler interior does not have microbial growth and UV element is working properly. Cleaned drain line. Homeowner expressed concerns for damage to the system due to flooding. Condenser and air handler return box are both in good condition with no water damage.

Furnish and install the following 3 ton Ruud 2-stage heat pump split system with 5kw heater 15.2 SEER2 Hurricane pad Anchor condenser Primary and secondary float switches Aux pan Metal triangle stands for air handler Plywood decking Clear drain Leaf guard Digital thermostat Remove existing equipment Connect to existing ducts and electric Seal unit to code 10 years old parts warranty 3 year labor warranty Tax, labor, and permit included

Performed maintenance on one system. Found weak capacitor. Replaced part. Start and test. Unit is cooling properly at this time.

24x12 stamped grille. Cut in wall. Do not cut studs. Foam seal openings Cut right into back wall where coffin box is. Move filter to inside air handler.

Completed tune up. System 1 year old. No issues. Flooding did not affect system. I sanitized return cabinet.

Upon arrival found error code on mini split head. Error code indicates refrigerant low/leak. Hooked gauges up to find system flat on refrigerant. Performed leak test per home owner. Added nitrogen and 410 to system to perform leak search. Upon adding pressure shrader core began to spew. Replaced shrader core. Performed leak search on the indoor/outdoor system. Removed line cover to access flare fittings. Found no other causes of leak. Pressure tested system for 15 minutes after completing repair. Charged system back to factory specs. Verified operations Replaced shrader core Pressure tested system Charged system to factory specs

Thermostat did not have reversing wire hooked up for heat pump. System was running in heat. Re programmed stat from home owner phone. Verified operations. System is now cooling properly. Ameristar Heat Pump (Upstairs) Trane Straight Cool (Downstairs)

Performed annual maintenance on once system Cleared drain and pan, added chemical Found insulation is not adequate for copper piping. Recommend repair to prevent sweating and causing damage. Will submit estimate for repairs. System is cooling at this time

On arrival found u it not cooling due to low refrigerant levels. Performed leak search and found filter dryer leaking. Replaced filter dryer. Pulled vacuum on system. Pressure tested. No leaks observed. Added 4 lbs of refrigerant to bring unit back to factory specs. Performed maintenance on system. Unit is running and cooling properly at this time.
