On arrival found front unit not cooling due to bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and performed complimentary tune up on system. Performed $89 time up special on back unit. Found compressor capacitor reading weak. Replaced part. Cleared pans and drains on both system. Added chemical to help prevent growth. Rinsed condenser coils. Checked all electrical components. Units are cooling properly at this time. Neither unit has primary float switch on air handler. Both units have potential to overflow to pan below and cause ceiling damage. Recommend to install primary float switch on both systems. Will submit estimate.
