Upon my inspection, found 10kw heating kit is only pulling 20 amps and there are burnt up wires. This heating kit is no longer safe to use and will not work properly. Also found a weak capacitor on the condenser unit and smushed coils on the condenser. These are all deficiencies with the 20 year old system. 
Recommending a Maitenence plan for both systems upstairs and downstairs. Systems appear to have not been maintained properly at this time.

Found return plenum is also allowing attic air to enter the system and need to be re sealed. There is a return duct going to a bedroom that is collapsed due to electrical wire being ran on top of it. This duct is compromised and needs to be replaced. Quotes sent for repairs and full replacement.
